Prosciutto & Pear Pizza




Serves 2 - 4

Prep & Cook Time 30 minutes


Ingredients

  • 2 pre-baked 20 cm thin Pizza crust

  • 1 jar 250g tomato paste

  • 1 jar 250g pesto sauce

  • 200g prosciutto, cut into thin strips

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 medium pear, thinly sliced

  • pinch of cracked black pepper

  • 150g Gorgonzola cheese

  • 1 tsp Lainey’s Chilli Oil

  • 250g rocket leaves


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200C

  2. Place pizza crust on a baking tray, and spread 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  3. Top with prosciutto, pears, onions, drizzle pesto, pepper, Lainey's chilli oil and then gorgonzola cheese

  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and the edges are lightly crusted

  5. Cut into slices, garnish with a few rocket leaves
