Delivery Delays & Lost or Stolen Orders
Once your order is handed over to the carrier in good condition, responsibility for delivery lies with the postal service. If your parcel is delayed, missing, stolen, or damaged, please first lodge an enquiry directly with Australia Post. If further assistance is needed, feel free to contact us at info@laineysfoods.com.

Missing Items from Your Order
If you believe an item is missing from your parcel, please email info@laineysfoods.com with:

A clear photo of all products received

A photo of the packaging (including the shipping label)

Your order number and details

These images are essential for us to investigate and resolve the issue.

Undeliverable or Returned Orders
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.

A redelivery fee will apply.

You may choose to send it to an alternative address.

If we don’t hear from you within 30 days, your order will be considered void, and no refund will be issued

Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

Before dispatch: A full refund will be issued.

After dispatch: A refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed once the item is returned unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving the product (unopened): Contact us within 3 days to arrange a return. We’ll issue a refund minus any delivery, return, or platform charges.

Please note: Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened items, and jars must be returned with the tamper-evident seal intact.

Returns Due to Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order. Lainey’s Chilli Oil is not responsible for parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or uncollected items. Any additional shipping fees incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
